I’ve recently moved to Windows 7 and I was able to check out Internet Explorer 8, so I was very surprised when I understand that IE 9 is coming. Here’s some info what IE fans could expect by IE9:

1. HTML Standards – IE 9 will support HTML 5 standards.

2. Javascript – To closed the JavaScript performance gap between IE and the other browsers.

You can see the current javascript performance comparison by the figure below:

3. CSS – it seems that finally IE will supports rounded cornets – it will support CSS3

4. Better Hardware Performance – IE9 will use DirectX for better graphic performance.

Many people think that Internet Explorer is Microsoft’s Failure. I’m also not an IE fan, but the time will show what will happen
